- Kärcher Files Suit Against Tennant
September 19, 2011 — Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG recently filed lawsuits against three of Tennant Co.’s national companies, reports www.europeancleaningjournal.com.
Kärcher has filed lawsuits against Tennant in Germany, Belgium, and the United Kingdom, basing its suits on advertising claims made by Tennant over its scrubber dryers.
