June 26, 2012 — The U.K. Cleaning and Support Services Association (CSSA) has launched a new management training program, Diploma in Cleaning Management.
The program provides new managers in the cleaning industry with training on customer service and staff management. The course currently is available for CSSA members only. Courses can be presented throughout the United Kingdom.
