June 13, 2012 — MITIE Group PLC has been awarded a £10.5 million contract with Eastgate Holdings Ltd.
Per the terms of the agreement, MITIE will redesign and refurbish Eastgate’s property located directly above Fenchurch Street Station in London, United Kingdom, reports Facilities Management Journal. MITIE is positioning the facility to achieve a British Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method—or BREEAM—rating of “very good.” The company expects the project to be complete by November 2012.
