- Bunzl Acquires Swiss Distributor
July 6, 2012 — Bunzl PLC has acquired MMH Holding AG and its subsidiaries.
MMH Holding, which trades under the name Distrimondo, is a Zurich, Switzerland-based distributor of foodservice disposables and cleaning and hygiene products. The acquisition expands Bunzl’s footprint in Switzerland. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, reports www.thecleanzine.com.
