June 7, 2012 — Zep, Inc. has completed the purchase of Mykal Industries Ltd. for an undisclosed price.
Zep, which purchased Mykal using cash on hand, will recognize related acquisition costs during the third and fourth quarters of its 2012 fiscal year, reports MarketWatch.com. United Kingdom-based Mykal Industries, a manufacturer of private-label cleaning and degreasing products, will be incorporated into Zep’s European division.
